I think putting the model to 0.9 works best and doesn't distort the face to much. I would still put stuff like messed up face, deformed face in the Negative prompt. I would also put hoop earrings in the negative prompt because the Ai likes to make her side hair apart of the earrings. If you want her top wear to not be a dress and just a crop top for big bellies then replace ''dress'' to ''top''.
