Rain from the Dreamworks movie Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron. I didn't see an Illustrious version of her made yet, so I went ahead and made one. This has been trained with about 50 screencaps from the movie in 1080p with no fanart included. The lora works perfect, but if you give her an anthro look, then there's a small chance that it may generate her with only white skin. If that happens, then remove white skin and put "white chest" or "white breasts" in the positive prompts and that should fix the issue.
