Professor Soichi Tomoe, one of my favorite villains in Sailor Moon, he's hilarious, funny and crazy as i am. Those bright glowing luminous lenses. And that mysterious shadow on his face... and his smile? :) Let's try to give him more attention and interesting scenes.
