Conceptual science fiction fantasy fusion. With the TARDIS StormyMeadows (kind of le River Song from the Doctor Who series) can travel anywhere and anytime to get into trouble. Cybernetically enhanced but still mostly human in appearance, she shows up throughout history the moment she acts, causing ripples in time space that make things get crazy!
