I always use for my pictures promts:

Positiv: anime , 1girls ,20year old ,perfect hands, night, masterpiece, best quality, sharp, 8k,solo, looking at viewer, high detail,

chest neckline,smile,

cowboy shot,

Negativ: text, watermark,embedding:BadDream, embedding:easynegative, embedding:bhands-neg, bad quality,blurred,monochrome:1.1,worst quality,

My Loras are: add detail:1.0 ,body drawing control:0.5 and BodyProportions:depending on preferences

To create the images I used the: Hires Fix Scale with the upscale model: 2xAniScale

To finish upscaling the larger images, I used the Upscaler: Ultimate SD Upscaler. Also the FaceDetailer from the ImpacktPack.
