Most of the time, the preview images are made rather quick and dirty so they showcase what's possible without tweaking the prompt for hours.

The model sadly sometimes tries to render the waistline pretty hard.
You can counter that by pretty agressively adding "waistline:2" or "visible waistline:2" to the negatives.
