The model has nail issues, so better add them to the negative, or take mine.

When a girl is far away without ADetailer or Inpaint the faces get bad. If the environment is dark the effect is amplified.

However, with portrait/medium shot and closeup the result is just fine, on a simple and uncomplicated prompt.
