Catherine Hopps is a Zootopia furry OC own by the artist Siroc. I've made a Pony version in the past and I'm having issues uploading the Illustrious version to the original page, so I'm just going to upload it as a new lora page. The Illustrious versions has some issues giving her eyelashes, wrong claw color, and can sometimes not get the hairstyle right, but everything else works great.
