Try lowering the LoRA strength to under 0.5 for a better result. You should also add "short body" to the prompt so they look more like the kids in Digimon.

The main problem I ran into is that it's really tough to get that Digimon chara vibe because the characters are so young. If you want to get closer to the original, you can add the "loli" prompt on Tensor.Art, since you can't use that one on Civitai.
