This is my first successful lore that can generate cloaca without major exceptions.

In most cases, simply adding the lore is enough, and it will work right away, but you can use trigger words if needed.

When using lore on characters, I recommend not setting it higher than 0.80, otherwise it can significantly distort the desired character. The dataset was primarily made up of scaled creatures, so if you need to use it on birds, don't set the strength higher than 0.65, otherwise they'll develop abdominal scales.

I tested it primarily on the novaFurryXL_ilV150; it works on other models as well, but it's hard to say how stable it is.
