Lora was obviously tested on sdxl 1.0 base, but it works on almost everything, even on anime checkpoints, the strength of Lora varies between 0.7 and 1.05. The step strength on sdxl varies between 28 and 32 and cfg at 6.5/7, with DDIM scheduler or dpm++2m-sde/Karras or dpm++3m-sde/karras, for the other checkpoints adjust with the rules of the checkpoint you will use.
