Start with 30 steps, CFG 2.5

Eular A, Nomal or Simple Schedule.

DPM++ 2S a, Normal or Simple Schedule, (sometimes better for more realistic images, Simple always produces more realistic cum)

If using HiRes choose "None" as the upscaler.

Positive Keywords: detail, real, isometric, (not always necessary)

Negative Keywords: Bad eyes, watermark, (not always necessary)

Add "milk, paint," to your negative prompt to get better ???, I don't know why, voodoo magic probably.
