About the LoRA, the appearances and outfits are:

• Princess Snake:

blue scale china dress, white elbow gloves, white feather boa, purple ball earrings,side slit,sleeveless, purple high heels

Aqua or teal will give slightly different colors, so you can choose.

• Nina:

nina, light blue skin, brown hair, red eyes, bangs, high ponytail

green scale china dress, white elbow gloves, gold tiara, side slit

• Keely:

keely, light blue skin, blonde hair, red eyes, high ponytail

green scale china dress, white elbow gloves, jade tiara, side slit

She might need curly hair or curly bangs to get her hair correctly.

• Lily:

lily, aqua skin, black hair, bangs, red eyes, high ponytail

purple scale china dress, white elbow gloves, gold tiara, side slit

She might make flowers(lily pads), so use negatives.

As with any of my Pony models, you can use retro artstyle to get the DB anime style. This is better on Autism, Bluvoll 3px or Base Pony.
