Kat Ryan from the 3d animated series Max Steel from 2000, not the one with the same name from 2013. The one where Max was actually named Josh, was already in college and everyone was a few years older, Steel didn't exist and the animation quality... Eh, never mind. But I always liked Kat. Great character who had some great lines. Well, here she is.
