Philia Parnacorta (フィリア・パルナコルタ Firia Parunakoruta) is the protagonist of the The Too-Perfect Saint series. She is said to be the most talented saint in history. It's later revealed that she is the reincarnation of Fiana Isphil, the first saint in history.

She was the 28th saint of the Girtonia Kingdom but was sold out by her fiance, Julius Girtonia. Currently, she is the only saint in Parnacorta Kingdom. She then married to Osvalt Parnacorta (the second prince of the Kingdom).
