The "no head" is just describing that the head isn't visible, it's not actually gone.
Can sometimes have hair coming out at odd angles and may not be compatible with character LoRAs. Avoid using face descriptors (including eye color) when prompting for the whole head enclosed. Some characters work better than others.
Description
IL_v1: triggers are "headlatch, no head" for fully enclosed head and "headlatch, scalp latch" for just grabbing the top of the head. Also prompt for the thing doing the latching - monster, tentacle, slime, metroid, etc.
