Red Claw is the leader of an international terrorist organization of the same name. She is a stout, opposing muscular female figure and a master of martial arts, able to match Batman in hand-to-hand combat.

She has a 'serious-business' type attitude and takes no shit from anyone. Though she is shown to occasionally take delight in dominating men, either in combat or in the bedroom. Indeed, Red Claw is a proud and powerful woman who is not afraid to take what she wants.
