in Hell TOONS – v1.0

we need more in hell so i made another.

This checkpoint is based on in Hell, but heavily styled toward astyle that influences from FurryToonMix. i wanted this merge to create a model that do better with cartoon and stylized anthro/furry images as in Hell base. i also baked a vae for better colors in images
