This is a LoRA of Roll.EXE, the NetNavi of Mayl Sakurai from Rockman EXE (also known as MegaMan Battle Network).

As a kid, I was especially struck by the scenes in episodes 18 and 19 of the anime, where Roll becomes corrupted by an Evil Chip. That dark transformation left a strong impression on me.
