Elephant Girl OC by Karno (he uses his real name sometimes in comics) i think she's from 88 (he's one of the original "Furry" artists, he published some stories at Genus , Genus is not only about ???????, good short stories can be found too.

Karno does a style who's very distinct, and he uses "Toon Force" a lot, stories full of absurd genitals and crazy ???, he does some full length comics too, he is very good at modern settings and fantasy, not so much at sci-fi.
