Some data had speech bubbles in it, I tried getting rid of some of them, but sometimes it meant to redraw the scene that's why I left it in. My advise: include negative prompts accordingly.

The Gluttony poses many faces and facial expressions, try your luck with them.
As always - nsfw is not mandatory, but you'll have to redact the prompts.

Also, the bowtie doesn't want to stay on his tail base (where it should), so try to deal with that as well, post some pictures if you'll manage to fix it with prompts.
