After a few attempt I gave up and went fuck it, trained over 300 images at 1200 steps, 3 hours but worth it.

Steps 26 - 28 + ERSGAN 2x Plus

CFG: 4 - 5.5

LoRa Weight: 0.4 - 1

Issues: it will generate very bad feet with UniPC / Beta, use only Euler A for now.
