For non brazilian portuguese readers, this is a character from brazilian folklore, it is a witch with a gator head who eats children, made famous in Monteiro Lobato series of childrens books "Sitío do Pica Pau Amarelo", there is 3 - 4 versions of the TV Show (one made in the 70's) another in the 2000's and a slight reboot of the character after and some cartoons. As a part of the Folklore it's creative commons license, i can't make the TV show version because it's hard as ???? (the actress uses a mascot suit and the hair looks like a helmet, like Marisa from SF6) and it's made by a media conglomerate.

There is the children characters of the show and a doll (Emilia), but i only do Adult characters.

Made famous as a MEME because of her sassy attitude and looks, shes supposed to be ugly and evil, if you don't make her like that she will be only another female gator.

Try to get something like earlier 80's - 90's cartoons artists or a "Furry" artist that can do a comic style or parodies of the character that already exists.

Cuca dos quadrinhos de 2005 - 2008, a versão da série é difícil de fazer e como tem uma pessoa por trás da fantasia pode trazer problemas legais.

Parte do Folclore Brasileiro e eternizada na obra de Monteiro Lobato, existem diversas versões desse personagem (algumas da Rede Globo), mas basicamente é uma bruxa com cara de jacaré com cabelos loiros ou ruivos, geralmente desgrenhados e bagunçados.

Poderia ser gerada com tags como Blonde,Gator,Stripped Dress,Umkempt Hair, mas o detalhe é que tem uma via cômica neste personagem, ela é para ser feia e ter feições distorcidas ao invés de ser um jacaré sexy.
