Naru Osaka from Sailor Moon SuperS/Season 4. LoRA is able to do sfw and nsfw, as per the bounty request.
Couldn't find much images of Naru from that season, as she only appears once in episode 131. The LoRA still came out alright, but it may be hard to change her outfit.
