It's a capsule or pod made of flesh and usually full of tentacles that opens along a seam - this lora mostly does top to bottom seams but I've seen art with horizontal seams. It's not a stomach because there's no larger creature and the opening is yonic, not sphincter-like. This is part of my new tentacle & monster vore project that also produced the "tentacle breeding facility" lora. IL_v2.1 - now supports the pod being closed via the trigger "closedpod". Add "cum, overflow" to have the closed pod be overflowing.
