Keyword: puckered lips
It seemed to work best when I used token weight 1.2-1.5 for 'puckered lips' and added 'huge lips'
I also put teeth, tongue in the negative which seemed to help with the odd artifacts that frequently show up in the center of the lips
I tested mostly with euler_ancestral_cfg_pp / beta 14 steps 1.4 cfg

Description
This is more of a beta version. I'm not as experienced with prompting Illustrious even though it is similar to Pony, so didn't test as much. But it is trained with Illustrious as base, so maybe works a little better than the pony version.

Great results, seem to work better than the pony version (at least for me).
One little thing, though, it loses a lot of its power during side views, probably because it isn't trained with many side-view images of these luscious lips.
