Operators of these uniforms include soldiers from Russia, Egypt, Fiji, and Syria. Also this uniform has been tested by military personnel from Belarus, Vietnam, Kyrgyzstan, China, Laos, Mongolia, Pakistan, and Uzbekistan.

And now I am genuinely curious, which of the above did you mean? What signs did you use to determine that?
