The lora makes everyone taller, much more muscular and enlarges penises or their bulges 💪🍆. This also includes narrow waists and more masculine faces (the model tries to avoid 'typical bodybuilder faces').
The main focus of muscle enlargement is on upper torso (wide collarbones, pectorals, trapezius, arm muscles and upper back muscles).
The lora is too skewed towards ♂️ masculinity ♂️, but it's still possible to create feminine stuff.
Recommended strength is 0.9, but you can adjust it between 0.1 and 1.2.
The lora doesn't require a trigger, but you may use "manly", "hyper massive muscles", "hyper massive bulge" or "hyper massive penis" to enhance the effect.
Positive prompt I use for 1.1 [ILXL]:
masterpiece,best quality,amazing quality,
handsome tall male man human, masculine brutal manly, solo, negative prompt for 1.1 [ILXL]:
bad quality,worst quality,worst detail,sketch,censor,watermark,signature,username,text,Positive prompt I used for 1.0 [PDXL]:

Helpful usage tips and features of the model ("to add" means adding to positive prompt and "to remove" means adding to negative prompt):
For a close up, add "close up face chest", "face chest focus", "close up face neck" or "face neck focus" (adding "close up face" or "face focus" somehow creates strange faces).
For a longer flaccid penis and smaller testicles, remove "saggy balls". The balls remain massive, but shorter than the penis.
For hugging hyper penis, add "hugging penis, solo".
Add "excessive cum" for ejaculation to match the scale of hyper testicles.
For an uncut penis add "foreskin".
It's recommended to remove "clenched fist" to relieve tension in the hands.
For a better looking blowjob, add "blowjob, deepthroat" and remove "glans".
Problems you may encounter:
As the muscle composition becomes larger, faces become less detailed (especially the eyes).
Sometimes persons are too similar to each other. To fix this, remove "twins, duplicates, clones, reflection".
Persons could merge into a muscle mutant. The 1.1 [ILXL] version is more prone to this. I have no universal solution to this problem.
In 1.1 [ILXL] there's a problem with generating too much of furries and horned bull-like humans. To adjust the generations to humans add "human", try to shorten negative prompt and remove "monster, creature, furry, anthro".
Universally known problem with the number of fingers.
Sometimes it's difficult to remove print or text on shirt.
Feedback on how to improve the model and its generations is appreciated 💙

Haaaaaa ´w` much better~~ BBBBBOIS gonna look better 'w'
Don't mean to rush you by any means (since I'm asking around the same time you released the IL version), but have you considered plans for a Flux version? This is really good!!
I think I would skip current versions of Flux. Trying to make and adjust loras for photorealistic models was such a headache.
@ceunast I agree. There aren't really any LORAs available yet of ginormous muscular men.
I'm fucking losing it over here, absolutely hilarious! 🤣
Is muscle model training a style training or a concept training?
It's neither, but concept training is closer. It's a modifier of body structure base. I have trained the model locally with no classes.
love that this makes everything bigger!
love using this in low weights (0.1-0.3) to achieve realistic male hunk bodies!! it's just that good!
