Wait, you made it work with comfyUI on an M1? Mine gives me nothing but junk noise. Hoow did you do it?
Make sure GGUF models work in general. There are GGUF models for Dev and Schnell out there. Try Schnell first, as it is way faster. Start small (512x512) and then go up as high as your RAM will allow. with 16GB I can't do 1MP resolution, but with 32GB it works for me.
The color matching part doesn't work well at all, but the raw output is quite fine
