I know it's a little off from the concept of the sample image, but like the one I posted, there's probably no better success rate for creating mouths and tongues at the end of the tentacles to trigger oral play than this Lora. If they plan to update it, I'd be happy if they added a longer tongue and added the option of growing fangs or not.
