Affiliation: Ichisakura Academy second year, Air Racing Club
Belka is a girl from "Yurussia".
Belka goes to Ichisakura Academy in order to participate in the annual Air Racing tournament that takes place in Japan.
She practices at the private airfield behind the school.
She is a bit of a sore loser, and her Japanese is terrible. She has the vocabulary of a child.
Belka also has a thing for "flower language", which the protagonist doesn't quite get.
She also doesn't like sweets.
One last thing: her dad is the prime minister of "Yurussia". So be sure not to start a war or something.
