finally i made a pretty good lora to make this one character. it's quite hard to make an unusual face design, especially the oddly shaped mustache.
you can use this prompt "(shirohige, black bandana, shirohige mustache, shirohige eyes, beardless:1.3, scar on chest)", "negative: (beard, bearded):1.5, jacket on shoulde" for better results
