I would generally not do what I did here, but the person in question is almost as bad as nintendo with their legacy work, so I apply the same mindset.
This is my first time using CivitAI lora creation, so I probably made some mistakes, but the previews, while it showed me them, looked alright.
Main tag should be MarmaladeMan_style, but I also tried seperating monochrome from colored pictures, so try "colored" and "monochrome" and hope I did not misspell those on any tags.
For easier copying:

Sorry, I only recently got 500 points again and would rather save them for another artist. However, you should have gotten a starting amount of 500 points that can be used to train a model here on the website.
Just look for archives on r34 sites and such, upload them to the lora creator and auto-tag them, then go over the tags and select a model that you think would closely fit the style without being too specialized. Its surprisingly easy.
I definitely understand the pain of being unable to use pony/xl models tho.
