This is one of the most basic depth map, T2I-Adapters workflows with a control-net included that you can use if you are starting to generate images.

This workflow includes a control-net and other different nodes to work with. (Basic configuration to test and explore)

In Confyui, the Depth Map T2I-Adapters workflow uses a depth map to enhance text-to-image (T2I) generation, adding a sense of 3D structure, distance, and layering to the resulting images. By incorporating depth information, this workflow produces more realistic images with better perspective and spatial consistency. Here’s a detailed look at how it works:

Depth Map Generation: The workflow begins by creating a depth map, which represents the distance of each element in the image from the viewer’s perspective. Darker areas indicate closer elements, while lighter areas represent those further away. Confyui can generate this depth map based on input prompts, or use an existing image with depth data if available.

Depth-Aware Image Generation: The T2I adapter incorporates this depth map during image generation to ensure that the model applies accurate spatial arrangements, giving a realistic depth effect. By guiding the model with depth data, the workflow helps position objects at different planes, maintaining accurate proportions, scale, and perspective throughout the image.

Enhanced Realism and Detail: With the depth information in place, the model can add details that match the intended 3D structure of the scene. Shadows, lighting, and object placement are adjusted based on depth, leading to a more cohesive and believable composition. This also helps avoid the “flat” look common in standard T2I outputs, adding an immersive 3D quality.

Selective Emphasis and Focus: The depth map enables selective emphasis on foreground or background elements, depending on the user’s preferences. For example, objects in the foreground can be rendered with sharper details, while the background can be slightly blurred or faded, replicating real-world depth of field effects.

Flexibility in Prompt-Based Edits: Users can update prompts to reposition elements while maintaining the depth layout, allowing for quick modifications without losing the scene’s spatial arrangement. This is especially useful for creating variations of the same scene or making adjustments to individual objects within the existing depth structure.

In summary, the Depth Map T2I-Adapters workflow in Confyui enhances text-to-image generation by adding depth data, ensuring accurate spatial layout, perspective, and realistic 3D structure, creating immersive, depth-aware images that feel more lifelike.

Check for some LORA's, one or two upscale models and start your Journey with these tools , i will be explaining more in deep how to test them, in the next workflows that i post.

Remember the style of the pictures will be related to the checkpoint that you use and the LORA.... HAVE FUN.
