The villain sidekick in Cinderella movies (the original one and the direct to video sequel's) from the guy's of big "D" and mouse ears.
In the first movie he just do the basic cat and mouse skit, in the sequel que tidies up himselft to seduce a fat white cat female and in the third movie he turns in to a Ugly Bastard.
