This might be technically possible, but it's not worth the effort. Most people are not familiar with using a concept LoRA/Lycoris for generating images with multiple people (like the Woman Yelling at Cat meme or this one), especially when it involves four people.
@FallenIncursio u could seperate it into 4 characters and the end result could be combines into 1 single image since it will be edited into the format anyways
