This is an attempt to replicate the meme censor from Snowbreak

It's stupid, arbitrary, and immature, almost like the real thing lol

For context, the developers for Snowbreak were forced to comply with some censorship rules, so they posted Fenny stickers--primarily the lion dance one, over anything that even remotely resembled cleavage. localization = 0, referring to the settings that enforce the censored assets. (Whereas localization = 1 is for the uncensored version)
