It seems to work well with most models.
You can try things like (leather/black jacket), (necklace), (leather/black pants), (white hair),(red glove) to edit, include, remove clothes.
When he is horny, words shirtless, bare-bottomed and bottomless works well (I usually want to keep part of his clothes so it's not only a generic guy :P). Other "naughty" words seem to trigger nsfw well.
