This is a LoRA for a bulge in tight shiny leggings, for both males and females.
Seems to be relatively flexible, but this not tested with other LoRA's.
I've tested this with photorealistic and anime styles, both seem to work.
The LoRA is trained to really kick in with this text in the prompt:
For female: Her penis is visible through her leggings.
For male: His penis is visible through his leggings.
So far I've created some good renders with it.
That is why I'm making it publicly available, for the rest to enjoy.
