Surprisingly, this works pretty well with Flux base model right away. It is less stable than using an NSFW / gay base model (like Pulsar), and more images will have wonky wankers and crooked sausages.

It should support additional poses like from behind, anuses and masturbation, penis POV.

There is captioning support for controlling the penis erect or flacid state, but Flux did not learn it properly.

This should work well on the CivitAI generator. The preview images are generated with Flux base model.

The model is trained on caucasian, asian and dark skin tones in roughly equal measure.
