there are a lot of good sites if you search image to video on google. unfortunately without premium the quality is also very low

If you don't want to pay for KlingAI or similar you can try use LTX Video on your PC, that's what I use. I am using this workflow. https://civitai.com/models/995093/ltx-image-to-video-with-stg-caption-and-clip-extend-workflow

There is also HunyuanVideo which runs on your PC that's supposed to have better quality than LTX, I have not tried it yet tho. They have not released a real img2vid method yet but someone here posted a ghetto WF that worked.
