My realistic blend of so many models over the past year or so, vae baked in. I try to use as simple of prompts as I can, and with this model I usually start with the simple negative of:

caricature, disfigured, worst quality, emotionless,

I use Steps: 32, Sampler: DPM++ 2M, Schedule type: Karras, CFG scale: 7 and I do use hires fix always and adetailer for faces. My image posts usually contain the full generation data, but they are tuned to the limits of my hardware.
