Nicely done, but how is it possible to have characters in the picture that are not turned into orcs? I'm trying to get a group of orcs with a human captive.
You'll have to use something like Regional Prompter or Latent Couple. Stable Diffusion is notorious for mixing people together which is what's happened to your image. I think Regional Prompter is the current choice. This might help: https://stable-diffusion-art.com/regional-prompter/
