Can you please share some information about your dataset (like type of pictures in it, quantity and what, if any, touch ups you did to the pictures)? Getting good results from comic and manga characters had always been something I've been curious about due to how inflexible their datasets are.
Looked up every page she appeared on (not many), cropped best, clearest images of her from those I could (even less). Touch ups are mainly eliminating elements sneaking in on the edges of the crop (bits of speech bubbles, glimpses of other characters limbs, etc.) by either painting over with background colour or cloning other bits of the background. To be honest this isn't a fantastic likeness of the character, but like a lot of infrequent golden age characters the available art is both crude and inconsistent.
