Overbaked, will redo soon. Low strength works well, I usually go 0.3 to 0.55 unless prompts become complex.
This works MUCH better with realistic models, I recommend ponyRealism_v22MainVAE
It was trained on this model, since in my testing I found it was easier to train realistic models to look more cartoony than the other way around, and it works well with the semi-realistic art style of Tim Jacobus.

any chance to mix this with charracter loras?
Do you mean characters from the Goosebumps books? I wouldn't try baking them into this LoRA, they would be better off done separately. You can experiment with other character LoRAs though, it should be able to handle rendering them in this artstyle
