80s movie, a futuristic Soviet film about an extinct civilization that travels between planets on rusty, barely working transportation devices - pepelats. People living on planet Plyuk live in social inequality. The lowliest wear a bell in their nose - and the most influential have pants of a certain color that indicates their status in society.
The style of the film is very reminiscent of the Berningman festival
