I'll report back if it doesn't work at all, but most anime Lora can be used on realistic if you lower the Lora strength by a lot. Often as low as 0.5 or even 0.2 depending on how strong the model was trained, to avoid random black lines or contrast explosion. Combine it with open pose/canny/sketch if necessary, using one of the images provided here.
