Z-image - it's pretty good, hair is captioned as mint green, and her basic appearance is baked in pretty well. You may need to define her skin as pale blue or pale white as well

It's Rebecca - This is a pretty basic LORA to get the character, trained on 40 images of her. Flux doesn't seem to like crazy eye colors, so you might have to mess with the prompt on realistic images. The more anime-ish ones seem fine
