In the late '90s, Sony released handheld camcorders with an amazing feature: "NightShot". As the name suggests, the idea was to be able to capture video in the dark.

But as always when horny guys get their grubby hands on new tech, they did what horny guys do best: See how they can use the tech to get their rocks off.
They soon discovered that they could mod the camera with some filters to allow seeing through clothing. It gave everything a sickening green tint and left a lot to the imagination. Worse yet, it really only worked for very specific fabric. But when it did work, boy, it sure felt like magic!

Congratulations, you are now the proud owner of one of these rare devices. Use it responsibly!

Might follow up with a second edition. The training data wasn't great.
