Viral from the tv series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003), an animated action series about the Turtles fighting mutants, aliens, criminals, and cybernetic threats across New York and future timelines, is a female computer program introduced during the Fast Forward era as a digital villain allied with Sh’Okanabo. She can infect computer systems, move between the physical and digital world, shapeshift, and create weapons from her own body, making her more like a living virus than a normal robot. In the story she repeatedly targets the Turtles, traps their minds inside the Gaminator program, helps Sh’Okanabo’s plan to cover Earth in darkness, and later interferes with the Turtles’ return to their own time before her data becomes tied to the creation of Cyber Shredder.
